I was starting to drown in the overwhelming
scale of Shanghai. I needed to get out of the
city limits. A chinese speaking friend decided
to get me some train tickets to Hongzhou to
recharge my batteries. Just what the Doctor
ordered. I got to bask in some stellar architecture,
ride my new forbidden bike love and experience
a little of China's affluent lifestyle.
It was decent.
