I just realized that when I think of China there is not one brand of alcohol (much less type of alcohol) that comes to mind.

There are a couple Chinese beers like Tsingtso, but mostly they drink imports like Japanese Kirin, Budweiser, and Heineken. The do have sake and whiskey that they are also fond of.
